Our traditional Christmas buffet
With us, Christmas is something truly special. We serve a classic Swedish “ Christmas buffet ” filled with tradition, aromas, and flavors—from pickled herring and gravad lax to Jansson’s Temptation, juicy Christmas ham, and homemade meatballs. Of course, you’ll also find all the other favorites that are part of Christmas.
Enjoy an atmospheric Christmas lunch or an evening with our traditional “ Christmas buffet ” in our historic salons. For those who want to make the Christmas buffet something truly special, there’s the option to stay overnight with our Christmas buffet package and wake up to a new morning at Södertuna Slott.

Here, you can choose to book a relaxing Christmas Eve stay or go all out with our wonderfully experiential 2- and 3-day packages that include all the best things about Christmas—such as a delicious lunch, a traditional “ Christmas buffet ” featuring flavors from Sörmland, a festive Christmas coffee break, and much more.
Christmas buffet with overnight stay
Make this year's Christmas buffet a memorable stay at Södertuna Slott with our Christmas buffet package. Here you are greeted by sparkling winter landscapes, the quiet castle park and a warm fire that welcomes you into the historic salons.
The evening offers a traditional Christmas buffet with classic flavors from Sörmland, served in our beautiful castle halls. Afterwards, one of our cozy hotel rooms with comfortable beds awaits, where you sleep well and wake up to the silence that rests over the castle. The following morning, a generous breakfast buffet is served to enjoy in peace and quiet.

Our Christmas table catering is available from November 28 to December 24.
Nov 28 - Dec 22: 695 SEK per person (minimum 10 people)
Dec 23 - Dec 24: 795 SEK per person (minimum 2 people)
Ordered at least 2 days before pick-up.
If you want to order Christmas table catering for Christmas Eve, you need to order by December 22 before 12:00.
Pick-up time on Christmas Eve is 10:00-12:00.
