This week's menu consists of ingredients selected by our kitchen from what the Sörmland landscape looks like at the moment. Some key producers to Södertuna Slott are Bonden på Södertuna, Ösvreta gård, Arkadien trädgård, Sörbro gård & Ekhovs säteri. The dishes are composed so that the ingredients from the plant kingdom take up most of the plate, usually combined with ingredients from the animal kingdom that enrich our Sörmland landscape.
