For our guests visiting us Monday to Thursday, we offer the kitchen's carefully selected menu, inspired by our à la carte. We are constantly inspired by the seasonal harvest and what our local farmers have to offer, making our menu both playful and dynamic.
With us, you get to enjoy daily fresh ingredients, while contributing to sustainable choices. Right now we collaborate with Ösvreta Gård, Arkadien Trädgård, Bonden på Södertuna, Sörbro Gård, Jordnära mat, Gripsholms bageri, Ekhovs Säteri, Saras skafferi and hunters from all over Sörmland.
